Flowcase is a Data Processor and engages certain onward sub-processors that may process Customer Personal Data submitted to the Flowcase application by the Customer or their end users. These lists may be updated from time to time in accordance with the terms of the Data Processing Addendum.
Sub-processors
*Flowcase uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure for data hosting for its Service. Customer Data is primarily and by default stored in AWS data centers located within Europe. Upon Customer's request, Flowcase can alternatively store Customer Personal Data in AWS data centers located in the United States, Australia, or Canada. Customer shall specify their preferred data center location upon entering into the Agreement. Please refer to the applicable agreement entered between Customer and Flowcase.
Flowcase Affiliate
The following entities are Flowcase Affiliates which may function as sub-processors in providing the services and/or for support.
