Won & Lost states on proposals

Knowing what you've sent out is useful, but knowing whether it led to a win is what turns your proposal history into a strategic resource. Based on customer feedback, we've added proposal outcome tracking to Flowcase.

You can now set an outcome status on any proposal, Won or Lost, giving your team a clear record of how bids have performed over time.

For customers with CRM integrations, similar to how you can automatically create a Flowcase proposal if a deal requires CVs or Reference projects - outcome data can now be synced from your deal statuses, so when a deal is marked as closed won or closed lost in your CRM, that result flows into Flowcase automatically.

The next steps for the statuses is to add further automation to them.
A won proposal is a potential case study, and completed proposals should be archived.
