Added updated_at and owner_updated_at to data reports

The CV Content reports, as well as the CV update reports now includes when the owner of the CV last updated a certain section, and when it got it's latest update.

Based on popular demand, we added new units to the project size dropdown and changed the label from "Area" to "Project size"

CV Partner in Danish!

We just translated the application to Danish. Users located in Denmark will now automatically get a Danish User interface.
