Are you using freelancers or subcontractors in your deliveries?
Many consultancies are using external freelancers to cover skill requirements they do not have available internally, in deliveries and proposals.
In Flowcase, you can add external users that can log in and add their own CV. These external users will not have access to the other CV’s in the system, but can be used in proposals and tailored as a normal CV.
This functionality is also useful when new employees are about to start working but does not have a user or email yet.
Create a user as normal, but select “external” when selecting the users access role. The user will get an email with further instructions. These users will not be synced if you have set up user provisioning, or get SSO.
