Proposal Assistant: Now in open beta
A new proposal experience
The Flowcase AI Proposal Assistant is moving into open beta. Your company can now enable the feature directly from the UI. Simply navigate to Flowcase AI in your settings and enable the Proposal Assistant.

New proposal overview for bid managers
By enabling the Proposal Assistant, users with the role Bid Manager or International Administrator will get access to a brand new Proposals tab, residing next to the Company Overview in the top navigation. This overview lists all ongoing proposals in the company, giving bid teams a centralized view of their active work

The extra access role Bid Manager can be assigned under Admin → Users.

Choose your proposal workflow
With the Proposal Assistant enabled, users will now be presented with an option when creating a new proposal: either "AI Assisted" or "Regular Proposal". This gives your teams the flexibility to leverage AI where it adds value while keeping the traditional workflow available when needed. You can also convert proposals to the new AI fueled experience.

Better guidance to get you started
We've added more guidance throughout the UI to help people get started with the new AI-powered functionality. Whether you're importing requirements, reviewing staffing suggestions, or checking compliance, contextual tips and onboarding cues will guide you through each step.

Smarter compliance checking
Compliance checks that return a negative result now provide a reasoning together with a list of potentially relevant sources from the CVs. Our Proposal Assistant wants to be 100% sure with multiple validation layers, and if it's somewhat unsure, it will give you a negative response. We have designed for no false positives, meaning you can trust a positive match with confidence.

What's coming next
More changes are on the way, including tailoring suggestions and support for reference projects matching. Stay tuned for upcoming updates as we continue refining the proposal experience.
