Export multiple CVs or projects on a single slide (Tombstones)
You can now export multiple CVs and reference projects into a single PowerPoint presentation, combining several profiles or projects onto the same slide. These are known as Tombstone slides.
This lets professionals quickly create polished, multi-project or multi-CV presentation slides directly from their data, saving the significant time previously spent on manual slide creation and formatting. It allows firms to respond faster to business opportunities while maintaining consistent, professional presentation standards across their materials.
If your proposal contains more data than the slides can fit, new slides will automatically be created to make sure all the content is exported.
What are Tombstones?
The term tombstones is most often used in legal and business consulting firms, but the functionality itself provides value across all of our client industries whenever you want to showcase an overview of people or projects on a single slide.
Tombstones are widely used for proposals, pitch decks, and business development materials. This capability has become a standard practice, particularly among larger firms showcasing their experience portfolios.
How do we get started with Tombstones?
There are two ways to get started with Tombstones. You can build the PowerPoint template yourself using the template editor in the application, or you can reach out to the template team at templates@flowcase.com and they will set one up for you.
When you're ready to export, select More options > Download the proposal as a single file, choose your template, and click Download.
