AI Assisted Proposals: now available for everyone
We've just released AI Assisted Proposals! 🚀 What began as a closed beta, is now available across Flowcase for everyone - enabled by proposal tokens.
The AI Proposal Assistant turns an RFP into a compliant, well-staffed starting point for your proposal team.
1) Import the RFP requirements
Drop in an RFP and the assistant pulls out every role and requirement automatically. No more reading the document three times and building a checklist by hand
2) Get staffing suggestions based on your defined scope
The assistant matches the right people to each role using live profile data, not stale documents. It looks across your whole firm, including the offices and acquired teams your proposal coordinators may never have met, and surfaces the people who actually fit the role.
3) Continuous compliance check while tailoring
As you build the proposal, the assistant shows you exactly where you meet or miss each requirement, with the evidence behind it. When a check comes back negative, you get the reasoning and a list of relevant sources from your CVs, so you can act instead of guess. We designed the matching with multiple validation layers to ensure no false positives, which means a positive match is one you can trust. If you disagree with a score, you can even override with an added explanation.

A dedicated space for bid teams
Once enabled, users with the Bid Manager or Administrator role get a new Proposals tab, right next to the Company Overview in the top navigation. It lists all ongoing proposals in the company, giving bid teams a centralized view of their active work. The Bid Manager role can be assigned under Admin → Users.

Choose your proposal workflow
When creating a new proposal you can choose between AI Assisted and Regular Proposal, so your teams can lean on AI where it adds value while keeping the traditional workflow available when needed. You can also convert existing proposals to the new AI enabled experience.
Enable it today with proposal tokens
AI Assisted Proposals are enabled by proposal tokens. Each proposal token covers one AI Assisted proposal from creation through to completion, so you can gauge exactly how many you'll need for your team's workload. If you'd like to test the functionality today, you're auto-assigned some trial tokens when you enable the new experience.
Go to Settings > Flowcase AI to enable the Proposal Assistant. When you enable the feature, you will be assigned trial tokens with full functionality. Reach out on the chat if you would like to buy more proposal tokens.

We're continuing to refine the proposal experience, with tailoring suggestions and support for reference project matching coming next - so AI can recommend CV adjustments and surface the most relevant projects for each requirement. Stay tuned for more.
