Deviation and self service data sync
We have upgraded how Flowcase handles deviations to make project data more reliable, transparent, and easier to maintain.
What is being improved
Deviations between reference projects and project experiences can be confusing and difficult to manage. In some cases, updates to customer contacts and dates are not reflected as expected, and users cannot resolve everything directly from the reference project view.
The new deviation overview will give users a much clearer understanding of how data flows between published reference projects and associated project experiences. It will become easier and faster to spot discrepancies, understand why they occur, and bring everything back into alignment.

The new design focuses on:
- A consolidated deviation overview and simpler clean-up flow
- The ability to convert copied data into fully synced project data
- A new UI for deviation handling that gives a clearer, more consistent picture of what is in sync and what is not
The improved visualization will help users quickly see:
- When data exists only on one side (reference project or project experience)
- When names match, but roles or other details differ
