LinkedIn to PDF

Converting a LinkedIn profile to a PDF CV / resume

You can easily save a LinkedIn profile—either your own or someone else’s—as a PDF directly from the introduction section of the profile. Note that this feature is only available on the desktop version of LinkedIn and not on the mobile app.

Here’s how to save a profile as a PDF from your desktop:

  1. Navigate to your profile, or if you’re saving someone else’s profile, navigate to their profile instead.
  2. In the introduction section, click the More or Resources button.
  3. Choose Save to PDF from the dropdown menu

Important Notes:

  • The Save to PDF feature is not available for profiles in the following languages: Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Arabic, or Thai.
  • You can download up to 100 PDFs of other members’ profiles per month. There’s no limit for downloading your own profile.
  • Only English characters will display correctly in the PDF.
  • Unless you have access to LinkedIn’s Resume Builder through a Premium subscription, you won’t be able to select specific sections to include in the saved PDF.

For more details, you can refer to LinkedIn’s official documentation.
