Flowcase AI Terms

These Supplementary Flowcase Artificial Intelligence (AI) Terms (“Flowcase AI Terms”) form a part of the Service Order Form, as applicable, between you (“Customer”) and Flowcase (the “Agreement”), including the Acceptable Use Policy. These Flowcase AI Terms apply to your access and use of any Flowcase AI feature(s). To the extent there is a conflict between these Flowcase AI Terms and the Agreement, the Flowcase AI Terms shall supersede the Agreement specifically as it relates to Customer’s use of Flowcase AI. Any capitalized terms used herein have the same meaning as in the Agreement. 

By enabling, accessing or using Flowcase AI, you agree to these Flowcase AI Terms on behalf of the applicable entity or organization that you represent. The Customer represents and warrants that it has the full legal authority to enter into these Flowcase AI Terms and if the Customer is acting on behalf of an organization or company, it has the legal authority to bind such organization or company to these Flowcase AI Terms.

  1. General. “Flowcase AI” means any feature(s) or functionality made available by Flowcase that utilizes artificial intelligence, or similar technologies, including, but not limited to, the “Generative AI” module available for an additional fee (“Generative AI” module). Flowcase AI may be developed by Flowcase and/or Flowcase’s approved third-party providers (“Sub-processors”), and are a part of the Service. We may update or enhance Flowcase AI features from time to time to improve their functionality or add new Flowcase AI features to the platform.
  2. AI Content. By enabling, accessing or using Flowcase AI, your Customer Property that is uploaded in Flowcase (“Input”) will be used by Flowcase AI and you will receive outputs generated and returned by the Flowcase AI based on your Input (“Output”, and together with Input, “AI Content”). The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the AI Content complies with applicable laws and these Flowcase AI Terms. Prior to external publication, it is recommended to add a disclosure that the Output was generated by AI tools. 
  3. Warranty Disclaimer. Flowcase AI is provided to you on an “as is” basis. Flowcase does not make any warranty regarding the results obtainable from using Flowcase AI or the accuracy or suitability for your needs of any information (including, but not limited to, materials, designs, workflows/processes, code, or other data) obtained through Flowcase AI. You understand and agree that any such information obtained through using Flowcase AI is at your sole risk. Do not rely on factual assertions in output without independent fact-checking. Do not rely on designs, workflows/processes, or code in output without an independent review of functionality and suitability for your needs. No such information, suggestions, or output, obtained by you from Flowcase or through Flowcase AI shall create any warranty not expressly made herein.
  4. Beta Flowcase AI Features. The Flowcase AI features labeled as “Beta” are currently in a testing phase and are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. These features may contain bugs or be incomplete, which could impact functionality. They may further be changed, deprecated, or removed without prior notice. By using Beta Flowcase AI features, you acknowledge that they are experimental and may not perform as intended. Please note that we cannot guarantee full reliability, and their use is at your own risk. We would like your feedback to help improve these features. For more information or to provide feedback, please contact our support team. The Beta Flowcase AI features are free as long as they are in the Beta period.
  5. Processing of personal data. The Data Processing Agreement (DPA) executed between the Customer and Flowcase remains in effect and will apply to any processing of personal data in relation to the use of the Service, including the Flowcase AI features.
