Using Flowcase, firms can ensure consistency across their CVs and resumes by using our Metadata feature to create an approved glossary of terms. This list can include official terms for skills, roles, certifications and more, and can be easily utilized via auto-suggestions and dropdowns. Admins can use this approved glossary to override existing terms with official terms to bulk-change CVs. Additionally, since all users create their CV and resume with the same Flowcase structure, this is intrinsically consistent across all users.

One is to implement a regular review and update process, using a centralized CV management system that allows employees to easily update their own data.
