AI CV Import graduates out of beta + New reference project import
Last year, we launched AI CV Import as a beta feature, allowing users to upload a Word or PDF document and have the content automatically mapped into a Flowcase profile. We've received a lot of great feedback during the beta that has helped us refine the feature, thank you to everyone who tried it out and shared their experiences.
AI CV Import is now part of the Flowcase AI: Data Assistant package as of 26 February. If your team has been using AI CV Import during the beta, you will need the Data Assistant add-on to continue using it. Reach out on the chat if you want to learn more, discuss next steps, or start a trial.

New: AI-powered reference project import
Building on the same technology, we've now extended AI-powered import to reference projects. Upload a project document, and Data Assistant will extract and structure the relevant information directly into Flowcase. For teams managing large project portfolios, this should save considerable time when building out your project library.
What's now included in Data Assistant
- New: AI-powered import of reference projects
- Out of beta: AI-powered import of CVs
- Proof-reading for automated spell-checks and grammar correction
- Auto-translation of CVs and projects into 45+ languages
- Summarisation to condense content with a click

Do I need to do anything?
If you already subscribed to the Flowcase AI: Data Assistant addon (Previously called Gen AI addon), you don't need to do anything, except turning on reference project import under the Flowcase AI settings - after february 26th.
If you are not subscribed to the addon, in onboarding, or running a trial, you will lose access to the AI import features 26th of february.
Reach out on the chat if you want to learn more, discuss next steps, or start a trial.
